A Devastated Muzaffarabad

Ansar Burney Trust emergency team led by Ansar Burney reached Muzaffarabad on the second day after the quake and they found a city in chaos - dead bodies everywhere, people buried under rubble and looting on the streets; people were found standing outside their collapsed homes, trying to protect their belongings and female relatives from looters and human traffickers.

All relief aid reaching the city was being looted and the most affected people were not reached for several days.
