On October 8 2005, Pakistan was hit with the most devastating earthquake of recent memory. Over a hundred thousand people are thought to have lost their lives and millions found their homes destroyed. In the chaos and confusion that followed, hundreds of children were abducted and trafficked out of the region by human traffickers.

Ansar Burney Trust raised this issue with the government and media but no steps were taken. We reported eye witness accounts of girls as young as 8 being trafficked outside of the region for prostitution; and our volunteers in Kashmir reported hundreds of children being abducted and "adopted" by human smugglers, criminals, and even jihadi organisations.

The clip we are showing here is one of the few our staff managed to get on camera. It shows a camp and two collection vehicle set-up by jihadi organisations in Kashmir to collect orphaned children and transform them into a future generation of terrorists.

The Ansar Burney Trust managed to gather together a few such clips and several eye witness accounts,, however this is the only one we can show without threatening the safety of the person who filmed it.
