This video clip shows a device which is used to punish the innocent children working as camel jockeys in many countries around the Middle East.

Children, as young as 3 years old, were given electric shocks if they fell asleep during the 18 hours of grueling work they were forced to do; because the shock would wake the child up and place enough fear in him to not sleep again.
